Eligible refunds

• Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge.
• File delivery failure: if a purchased digital file cannot be delivered or accessed due to a technical issue on our side, you are eligible for a full refund.

Non-eligible

• Change of mind after completing a purchase.
• Failure to read the product description before purchase.
• Compatibility issues with your device or software.
